Here, we advance on the terrain with unlikely combinations. The meticulous and refined preparation of the undefined. A surrender in a tone of confidence, not so much of submission. Without knowing what or whom one will surrender to, where the element of surprise prevails, let’s be prepared for improvisation.

The sudden attack will face 12 moments: 9 plans and 3 improvisations, never losing focus, never ceasing innovation.

A front counter alignment for 4 people and two side counters with a capacity for 2 people. A total maximum of 8 individuals predisposed to surrender to the triumph of flavors. In an improvised menu that doesn't include vegan or vegetarian attacks, nor does it cater for dietary restrictions, intolerances or allergies. Certain and original: the confrontation that leads to conquering your sences.

"The chef, Octavio Freitas, and his very sympathetic team do an excellent job. We have enjoyed every minute of our stay and were overwhelmed by the quality of the food and the knowledge of his service people about every detail of the ingredients. E.g. Alexandre, the restaurant manager, as well as his sympathetic team took care of us the whole evening in a relaxed and very competent way. Alexandre helped my son to handle, as he could see that my son was not used to some of these high class ingredients. And the quality of each course and every detail of the served food was simply outstanding, for us a kind of art. At the same time the atmosphere in this outstanding restaurant is inviting and relaxed. My family and me have enjoyed this wonderful evening a lot.
