Restaurant Manager

The Desarma Restaurant, located on the rooftop of The Views Baía – Funchal hotel, is looking for a Restaurant Manager (m/f).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily operations, fostering a collaborative environment focused on detail and rigour;
• Ensure personalised interactions with customers, seeking to exceed expectations inherent to the Desarma experience;
• Ensure compliance with the highest Michelin service standards;
• Promote technical training and team growth;
• Monitor operational results and present integrated proposals for improvement.

Required profile:

• Degree in hospitality, tourism or similar areas;
• Proven experience as Assistant Restaurant Manager or Supervisor in fine dining establishments and Michelin Star recognition;
• Proficiency in à la carte service in accordance with luxury service standards;
• Availability to work night shifts, on a continuous schedule (Sundays and Mondays off);
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills;
• Proactive, dynamic, sociable and genuinely passionate about the art of hospitality;
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in other languages an advantage;
• Available to start immediately.
