Assistant Restaurant Manager

DESARMA, a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in a role that has a direct impact on the guest experience and the overall quality of service.

Key Responsibilities

– Supervise restaurant floor operations at DESARMA, ensuring precision, consistency and compliance with Michelin standards.
– Oversee private events and special dining experiences associated with DESARMA, ensuring operational excellence at all times.
– Monitor day-to-day front-of-house operations, promoting effective communication and seamless coordination across the team.
– Support the Restaurant Manager in leading, motivating and developing the service team.
– Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction by delivering an exceptional and memorable dining experience.

The Ideal Candidate

– Degree or qualification in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field (preferred).
– Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining or a Michelin-starred environment.
– Excellent communication, interpersonal and guest relations skills, with a confident and professional presence.
– A high level of emotional intelligence and exceptional attention to detail.
– Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and departments.
– Highly organised, proactive and committed to excellence and continuous improvement.
– Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
