Waiter / Waitress

DESARMA Restaurant, located on the rooftop of The Views Baía – Funchal, is looking for a Waiter/Waitress to join its Michelin-starred team.

The Ideal Candidate:

– Secondary or vocational education, with qualifications in Hospitality, Tourism or a related field considered an advantage.
– Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a fine dining environment.
– Fluency in English is essential; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
– Availability to work evening shifts on a continuous schedule (days off on Sunday and Monday).
– Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills.
– Proactive, friendly and empathetic approach to guest service.
– Strong team spirit, organisational skills and attention to detail.
– A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
– Professional, discreet and polished manner.
– Immediate or short-term availability.
