Sous Chef

Desarma Restaurant, located on the rooftop of The Views Baía – Funchal hotel, is looking for a Sous Chef for its Michelin-starred restaurant.

Required profile:

• Professional training in the field of cooking;
• Experience in similar roles, with an advantage in the context of fine dining;
• Availability to work night shifts, on a continuous schedule (Sundays and Mondays off);
• Team spirit, organisation and attention to detail;
• Professional demeanour and discreet attitude;
• Availability at short notice.
